How’s this December feeling for you? Exciting, a little overwhelming, or totally hectic?
Join us for a restorative guided wellbeing nature walk in the Hampstead Heath with other women working in climate change! During this two-hour workshop, you will learn about the benefits of spending time in nature and engage in activities to boost your mental wellbeing. You will walk away with practical, scientifically-backed tools that you can utilise in your daily life to increase connection to nature and overall wellbeing.
Climate work demands a lot from us. This workshop offers you a space in your week to focus on mindfulness and presence. Our goal is to help you craft a feeling of calm and intention so you can continue to make a positive impact on your community and the world around you.
Location: Hampstead Heath, London

Meet Adele Craft:
I am the founder of Crafted Wellbeing, offering facilitated wellbeing workshops to aid in co-creating a kinder, more just, and resilient world. When your inner world is thriving, you are better equipped to be a change maker and positive member of your community.
Art and creativity are central to my personal wellbeing. I also have a deep appreciation and love for nature. Growing up in the mountains of Colorado, the outdoors have always been where I feel the most grounded and at peace. I have also seen firsthand the devastating impacts of climate change on the places I love. I studied Sustainability Studies at university to try to protect these vital places. I also hold a master’s in Applied Positive Psychology (the science of human thriving), and use this to inform my work. I bring together my passions to offer you moments of calm and restoration in your week, so you can show up as your best self and tackle the big issues our world is facing.
