We are collaborating with Crafted Wellbeing to bring to you a restorative nature walk in Hampstead Heath.
During this guided two-hour walk, you will practice science-backed nature activities designed to promote mindful awareness and reduce stress. You will learn about the benefits of spending time in nature and connect with other women working in climate. You will walk away with practical tools that you can utilise in your daily life to increase connection to nature and boost your mental wellbeing.
Climate work demands a lot from us. This workshop offers you space and time in your week to focus on yourself. Our goal is to help you craft a feeling of calm and intention so you can continue to make a positive impact on your community and the world.
Time: 11:00 to 13:00, 18 May
Location: Hampstead Heath, London
Cost: Suggested donation of £15 can be paid on the day of the walk
